Advanced Off-Road Driver Training is designed for drivers who already understand the basics of off-road driving and want to refine control, improve decision-making, and drive varied terrain with intent rather than momentum.
This course builds on the principles introduced during Off-Road Familiarisation and focuses on how to apply correct technique, vehicle technology, and line choice across different terrain types.
What Advanced Off-Road Driver Training Is
Advanced Off-Road Driver Training is a structured, instructor-led training course focused on control, terrain reading, and deliberate driving decisions.
During this course, an Afro Offroad instructor will:
- Coach drivers through more complex terrain
- Refine throttle, braking, and steering inputs
- Explain how and when to use vehicle technologies
- Teach correct line selection and vehicle placement
- Develop calm, repeatable driving techniques
The emphasis is on driving with understanding, not relying on speed, force, or electronics to mask poor technique.
